Job summary

Une entreprise leader dans le développement de projets à Singapour recherche un gestionnaire de projet chevronné pour superviser des projets d'infrastructure majeurs. Le candidat idéal sera responsable de la gestion complète des projets, de la conception à la mise en œuvre, et devra démontrer une solide expérience dans des projets à grande échelle. Ce poste, proposé sous un contrat de 3 ans renouvelable, requiert un diplôme en ingénierie civile et au moins 15 ans d'expérience pertinente.

Qualifications

• Minimum de 15 ans d'expérience pertinente dans l'industrie de la construction.
• Ingénieur professionnel enregistré en ingénierie civile serait un avantage.
• Expérience en gestion de projets d'infrastructure à grande échelle, contrats d'une valeur d'au moins 200 millions de SGD.

Responsibilities

• Gérer et superviser des projets de développement majeurs de l'inception à la livraison.
• Assurer la qualité et les délais des projets tout en respectant le budget.
• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pendant tout le cycle de vie des projets.

Job description

Overall Job Purpose:

Plan, manage, implement, and supervise major development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners on major development projects from project inception to handover.

• Responsible for design management, project management and coordination throughout the entire project life-cycle.

• Develop detailed implementation programme and strategy.

• Develop project briefs, requirements, technical specifications for the procurement of consultancy and construction contracts.

• Identify project interface issues and collaborate with all interfacing parties to develop effective mitigation measures.

• Identify project risks and implement necessary mitigation measures.

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and meet specified quality standards.

• Demonstrated the ability to work independently and lead project teams.

• Manage project team dynamics and assign appropriate tasks to the relevant team members.

• Facilitate and organise meetings with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners.

• Conduct regular site visit/inspections and to report on quality and progress.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum of 15 years post-graduate relevant experience in the construction industry.

• Registered Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering would be an advantage.

• Required to have Project Management experience in large scale engineering infrastructure projects and have managed contracts with value of at least S$200 million.

• Required to possess Design and/or Design Management experience in multi-disciplinary engineering projects or infrastructure projects.

• Project Management experience in managing deep underground infrastructure projects would be an advantage.

• Posses strong written and communication skill in English and able to engage stakeholders from diverse background.

This is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
