Responsibilities

• Travailler sur le système de gestion d'œuvres électroniques et s'assurer que toutes les œuvres sont complétées dans les délais.
• Effectuer des contrôles de qualité sur les œuvres correctement dès la première fois au niveau de la production.
• Collaborer à travers toutes les fonctions commerciales.

About the Role

As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as a partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Assistant Artworks.

What You'll Do

1. Work on the electronic Artwork Management system to pick up and complete tasks in a timely manner as per business needs. Ensure all artworks are completed within the agreed timelines with no overdue tasks.
2. Ensure no tasks are overdue at the Artwork Production level.
3. Perform amendments and QC checks on artworks correctly the first time at the Artwork Production level.
4. Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
5. Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and take accountability for results.

About You

We are seeking highly motivated individuals passionate about making a difference in patients' lives. The ideal candidate will have:

• A graduate degree, preferably in a science background, with a Project Management certification preferred.
• Relevant experience in artwork design within a regulated sector, including artwork generation and control.
• Experience with Adobe Illustration, QuarkXPress, and working on MAC OS.
• Knowledge of Electronic Artwork Management systems and MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• A positive, solution-oriented attitude, embracing change and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and thrive in a dynamic environment.
