Job summary

A local community service organization in Singapore is seeking an administrative support role to help manage office operations for the KidSTART program, which aids children from low-income families. Candidates should have a minimum diploma and at least one year of relevant administrative experience, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office. The position is contract-based and located in Choa Chu Kang / Jurong East.

Job description

KidSTART Department:

KidSTART provides upstream support to children aged 0-6 from low-income families in the areas of child development, health and social support. Through close partnership with parents, the programme aims to foster positive developmental outcomes and to build a strong foundation for children. By managing key administration, coordination and ensuring smooth operations of the department, your support contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of KidSTART practitioners in engaging families positively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration and ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor office supplies and liaison with vendors
  • Maintain internal systems of client and programme data and ensure accurate records
  • Carry out administrative duties for KidSTART programme ancillary support
  • Any other ad-hoc admin duties required

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in any discipline
  • At least 1 year relevant administrative experience in social service preferred
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good communication and written skills
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • This position is on Contract basis
