Job summary

A leading aviation services company in Singapore is looking for an individual to manage aircraft pushback and servicing duties. Responsibilities include assigning operators, liaising with teams for equipment needs, and ensuring timely service. The ideal candidate holds a Higher Nitec or Diploma in Aviation and is proficient in SAP and Microsoft Applications. Shift work is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform 12 hour rotating shift works.

• Plan and assign equipment operators for various aircraft services.
• Liaise with IGO/Maintrol/CEG for aircraft utilities.
• Update supervisor on any flight delays.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and assign equipment operators for aircraft pushback/towing, water/toilet servicing and supply of GSE equipment.
• Liaise with IGO/Maintrol/CEG for aircraft towing and other utilities servicing activities.
• Liaise with Equipment Maintenance team on equipment requirements/shortages.
• Maintain regular walkie-talkie communication with the equipment operators to ensure punctual departure of flights and any other changes in assignment for any services.
• Attend to customers' requests/complaints (where necessary).
• Update the duty supervisor on any delay.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Higher Nitec / Diploma in Aviation or Aircraft Mgt
• Candidates who are proficient in SAP and Microsoft Applications will have an advantage
• Must be able to perform 12 hour rotating shift works
• Work Location: Changi Airport
