Job Description

1. Plan and assign equipment operator for aircraft pushback/towing, including water/toilet servicing and supply of GSE equipment if required.
2. Liaise with IGO/Maintrol/CEG for aircraft towing and other utilities servicing activities.
3. Liaise with Equipment Maintenance team on equipment requirements/shortage.
4. Maintain regular walkie-talkie communication with the operator to ensure punctual departure of flights and any other changes in assignment for any services.
5. Attend to customer requests/complaints (where necessary).
6. Update the duty supervisor on any delays.
7. Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum NITEC.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word.
3. Computer literate.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Experience in planning or aviation will be an added advantage.
