Job summary

PwC Singapore’s Risk & Compliance Solutions team helps asset and wealth managers navigate regulatory expectations and build robust governance. You will evaluate controls, advise on risk and compliance programs, and collaborate with fund managers, wealth platforms, and capital market intermediaries to enhance compliance frameworks.

The role requires at least 2 years in external, internal, or IT audit within financial services, with knowledge of MAS rules and ISAE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Commerce / Business or related field.
• 2+ years external/internal IT audit or general audit experience, Big 4/Mid-Tier preferred.
• Knowledge of MAS regulatory requirements for capital markets intermediaries.
• Awareness of ISAE 3402, ISAE 3000 and related frameworks is beneficial.
• Pursuit or possession of Singapore CA, ICAEW, CIA or CISA accreditations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of business processes and internal controls to assess risks and provide remediation recommendations.
• Perform walkthroughs with process owners, identify key controls, and design audit procedures.
• Draft clear, concise findings and client-facing reports.
• Manage stakeholder relationships by communicating scope, findings, and updates.
• Support engagement leaders and contribute to key project deliverables.
• Advise fund management, wealth managers, digital asset providers, and other market participants on governance, risk, and regulatory matters.
