PwC Singapore is seeking experienced professionals for our Risk & Compliance Solutions, Asset & Wealth Management practice. You will work with leading asset managers and capital market intermediaries to strengthen governance, risk and compliance capabilities while delivering practical controls and regulatory insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Commerce / Business; Singapore CA, ICAEW, CIA or CISA accreditations preferred
• At least 2 years of external audit, internal audit or IT audit experience, preferably in Big 4 or corporate internal audit departments

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to fund management companies, wealth managers, digital assets providers and other capital markets intermediaries to optimise governance, risk management and regulatory compliance
• Cover areas such as compliance and risk management frameworks, monitoring programmes, and business conduct practices across portfolio management, fund operations, sales and product compliance, AML/CFT, outsourcing, conduct, and technology risk
• Conduct business processes and controls reviews, identify gaps, assess risks and provide remediation recommendations
• Perform walk-through interviews, identify key controls and tailor audit procedures to evaluate design and operating effectiveness of internal controls
• Draft findings in report deliverables with clear business writing and present to senior management
• Provide outsourced compliance support including regulatory reporting, AML/KYC reviews and regulatory advice
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and communicate scope, findings and observations, industry updates
• Support engagement leaders and managers in other internal and external deliverables
