Job summary

Micron Technology Singapore seeks a data-driven Quality Engineer to lead MRB processes for semiconductor manufacturing. You will collaborate with AT Operations, Network, and suppliers to drive disposition, containment, and recovery actions, while developing tools for data collection and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong foundation in semiconductor manufacturing systems, factory physics, and production planning concepts.
• Knowledge of statistics and reliability risk assessment is a plus.
• Min 5 years working experience in semiconductor field.
• Experience in handling MRB and provide disposition based on reliability risk assessment.
• Strong analytic skills to analyze issues statistically.
• Hands-on experience using data to convert raw data into actionable insights for MRB decisions.
• Ability to evaluate and balance customer risk, revenue impact, and supply continuity with supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate GMRB for all Micron induced quality events.
• Facilitate rescreen meetings and ensure containment and disposition of materials.
• Propose risk assessments and align with stakeholders for MRB disposition.
• Drive MRB metrics and recovery activities at AT sites.
• Provide input to guide LMRB team dispositions and present issues to GQ management.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on business risk and recovery updates for GMRB issues.
• Develop data collection tools, extract and analyze data for internal customers.
• Maintain data repository and coach engineers in solving complex quality issues.
