Senior Art Advisor

Our Client:

Our client is a renowned Japanese company, specialising in Art gallery management and Exhibitions operation. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Art Advisor to join their growing team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

• Promote gallery and establish strong relationships with potential customers
• Perform Artwork sales transaction
• Develop a sales plan and set sales goals for the sales team
• Track sales targets and report results
• Assist with the gallery's daily operation, exhibitions, and management of artworks
• Liaise with other galleries in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Beijing & Seoul
• Perform other admin and ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

The Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Sales experience in Painting Art Industry
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, such as arts, history, literature, philosophy, humanity, etc.
• Team-oriented person who is good at fostering smooth communication among staff and departments
• Proficient in MS Office
• Adaptable, fast learner, and possesses multitasking skills
• Able to get things done efficiently and in a timely manner
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with native Chinese-speaking stakeholders and customers
• Ability to work on a 5-day work shift
