Job summary

TERS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Bugis, Singapore, seeks an experienced RTO supervisor to oversee architectural works focusing on quality and safety. The role requires strong civil/structural knowledge, and accreditation as a QSS. Working location is Bugis with a 44-hour work week and potential shift hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years as an RTO, with at least 3 years supervising architectural works.
• JAC accreditation by IES/ACES as a Qualified Site Supervisor (QSS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural work activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate with project teams to monitor progress and resolve construction issues effectively
• Apply knowledge of civil/structural engineering principles to supervise construction quality and methods
• Manage shift work schedules to maintain continuous site operations and meet project deadlines
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements during construction supervision
