Job summary

Just Talent is seeking an Architectural Manager to lead the architectural delivery of a landmark 30-storey government institutional project in Singapore. You will oversee the works to ensure precision and compliance with government regulations and complex office specifications.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of local experience, a BOA-recognized degree, and a proven track record on large-scale projects, including high-rise supervision. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; BOA Singapore recognition preferred.
• Minimum 10 years local experience as Architectural Manager.
• Experience on large-scale office/institutional/mixed-use projects.
• Proven track record with high-rise supervision (≥100m) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Technical Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants and project teams to manage technical requirements and interface details.
• Trade Management: Plan schedules and coordinate architectural trade work and interfacing of structural and M&E details.
• Modeling & Design: Ensure works align with CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
• Submissions: Manage timely submission of drawings, samples and method statements according to master schedule.
• On-site Leadership: Coordinate on-site activities with subcontractors and perform routine inspections for quality and design compliance.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all works meet EHS requirements, quality standards and government regulations.
• Progress Monitoring: Track progress against schedules to ensure timely completion.
