Job summary

Vallan in Singapore is seeking a Senior Architect/Design Lead to translate demanding briefs into iconic hospitality and mixed-use spaces.

You will lead a design team, coordinate consultants and stakeholders, and drive projects from concept to sign-off across the Middle East and Asia.

This role requires a portfolio that proves design excellence and fluency in Revit, with a proactive, owning approach.

Qualifications

• Genuine designer with proven design ability and a portfolio that talks.
• Hospitality and mixed-use pedigree with large-scale hotel components.
• Fluent in Revit; able to drive design in a federated multidisciplinary environment.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and drives design from day one of a project.
• A leader who can run a design team and coordinate consultants and stakeholders.

• Lead a design team and keep consultants and stakeholders moving in the same direction.
• Drive projects from concept to sign-off across Singapore and regional opportunities.
