Senior Architectural Coordinator( MRT project )

Job Description:

1. Coordinate architectural design, detailing, and drawings between client, consultants, and internal teams.

2. Manage submission and tracking of shop drawings, materials, samples, and mockups.

3. Ensure compliance with specifications, authority requirements, and quality standards.

4. Resolve site architectural issues, discrepancies, and supervise progress to avoid rework.

5. Review specifications, tender clarifications, and prepare method statements or technical proposals.

6. Work closely with construction teams and attend joint inspections when required.

7. Coordinate BIM or equivalent platforms for drawing consistency and documentation.

8. Oversee construction administration, compile as-built drawings, and ensure smooth handover.

9. Liaise with stakeholders to meet project objectives in scope, cost, time, and quality.

10. Maintain safety and housekeeping standards at all times.

11. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering.

2. Minimum 10 years of work experience in architectural design for projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature of work.

3. Strong knowledge of Singapore Codes and industry practices.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
