Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination.
• At least 4 years of working experience in Singapore, with a proven track record in architectural coordination and project delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Docs and Autodesk Build will be an added advantage.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Strong technical drawing, coordination and project administration skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage project administration and architectural coordination, including the preparation and submission of floor layout drawings, detailed shop drawings, door schedules and other relevant architectural documentation.
• Liaise closely with main contractors and consultants to ensure all technical and architectural drawings are properly coordinated and meet project requirements.
• Ensure drawings, models and documentation are updated accurately and submitted within the required project timelines.
• Perform other architectural coordination and project administration duties as assigned.
