in Singapore seeks an experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our team. You will attend technical and site meetings with consultants, study drawings, and coordinate architecture with consultants and subcontractors to resolve on-site issues. You will ensure architectural works meet specifications, inform the Project Director of any problems, supervise on-site progress, and coordinate subcontractors to stay on schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of relevant architectural coordination experience.
• Experience in hospital projects preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend technical meetings and site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions.
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve site issues.
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications and drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Manager of architectural site problems.
• Supervise progress of architectural works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors' architectural work and ensure on-schedule delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Architect or equivalent
• 5-8 years relevant working experience in Architectural coordination
• Preferably with experience in hospital projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
