A prominent recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architectural Leader to guide and mentor a technical team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the building and construction industry, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. This role includes managing projects from concept to completion and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Working Hours:
5-day work week — Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:30pm
Remuneration Package:
Basic salary up to S$7,000

Job Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor and motivate the technical team to achieve high performance and professional development.
Delegate tasks effectively and ensure the efficient operation of the design team.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex design challenges.
Manage architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Create conceptual designs, schematic drawings and detailed plans, integrating architectural and engineering requirements.
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations and standards in Singapore.
Liaise with regulatory bodies, consultants and other professionals to secure necessary permits and approvals.
Conduct design reviews to identify potential issues with regulatory compliance and resolve them proactively.
Prepare BIM submissions independently, including submission drawings, and ensure all authority compliance across various departments without supervision.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in Architecture or related studies.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the building and construction industry with proven team leadership experience.
High proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; ability to handle BIM submissions independently.
Ability to prepare submission drawings independently without supervision.
Strong knowledge of local authority requirements and ability to check authority compliance for all departments
