Job description

Working Hours:
5-day work week — Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:30pm

Remuneration Package:

• Basic salary up to S$7,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and motivate the technical team to achieve high performance and professional development.

• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure the efficient operation of the design team.

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex design challenges.

• Manage architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

• Create conceptual designs, schematic drawings and detailed plans, integrating architectural and engineering requirements.

• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations and standards in Singapore.

• Liaise with regulatory bodies, consultants and other professionals to secure necessary permits and approvals.

• Conduct design reviews to identify potential issues with regulatory compliance and resolve them proactively.

• Prepare BIM submissions independently, including submission drawings, and ensure all authority compliance across various departments without supervision.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Architecture or related studies.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the building and construction industry with proven team leadership experience.

• High proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; ability to handle BIM submissions independently.

• Ability to prepare submission drawings independently without supervision.

• Strong knowledge of local authority requirements and ability to check authority compliance for all departments
