Job description

1) Candidates should have experience in managing large mixed-use Commercial / Residential Developments with a minimum of 12 years. BOA Registered Architect is preferred.

2) Candidates should have experience in large Healthcare Developments with at least 20 years of experience. BOA Registered Architect is preferred.

3) Good knowledge of and familiarity with Singapore building regulations and codes, including design development and detailing.

4) Must be capable of leading a team and taking responsibility for managing projects independently without supervision.

5) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

6) Good work attitude, proactive, and conscientious.

7) Self-motivated with effective time management skills.

8) Ability to supervise and manage a team to achieve project goals, targets, and milestone dates.
