Senior Architect (Knowledge in Singapore Building Codes & Regulations)

• Position : Senior Architect (AutoCAD/Revit/BIM/SketchUp) - Experienced in Singapore

• Location : Sin Ming Lane (Nearest MRT Brighthill)

• Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (12 Days WFH per Annum)

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $8000 + Performance Allowance + 14 Days Annual Leave (Up to 20 Days) + Medical Claims

• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop designs incorporating client needs, site constraints and sustainability considerations.

• Oversee all aspects of projects from concept to completion, including managing timelines, budgets and quality controls.

• Lead client meetings, present design solutions and address concerns.

• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations and technical standards.

• Coordinate and collaborate with engineers, contractors or consultants to create designs that work.

• Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications and presentations.

• Oversee any construction problems that may have arisen.

• Analyse, identify and resolve issues on related projects.

• Other ad-hoc activities assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in commercial buildings, shophouses, hotels, and service apartments.

• Proficient in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.

• Extensive knowledge of authorities' requirements and overall project processes.
