• Industry/ Organization Type: Architectural Firm
• Position Title: Senior Architect
• Working Location: Central North (Nearest MRT: Bright hill)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday: 9am to 6pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 8000 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop designs incorporating client needs, site constraints and sustainability considerations.
• Oversee all aspects of projects from concept to completion, including managing timelines, budgets and quality controls.
• Lead client meetings, present design solutions and address concerns.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations and technical standards.
• Coordinate and collaborate with engineers, contractors or consultants to create designs that work.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications and presentations.
• Oversee any construction problems that may have arisen.
• Analyse, identify and resolve issues on related projects.

Minimum Requirements

• Min Diploma in Architecture
• Min. 5 years’ experience in commercial building, shophouses, hotel, service apartment
• Proficient in architectural software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop
• In-depth knowledge of planting species, relevant design codes, standards and compliance
• Service oriented with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Commitment and inspiring leadership qualities with strong general and project management skills
