Job summary

Virtusa Singapore seeks a Business Transformation leader with 15-18 years of hospital IT experience to drive enterprise-wide digital strategies and modernization.

You will define 3–5 year roadmaps, oversee high-stakes programs, and align clinical leadership with the C-suite to deliver AI-enabled improvements while ensuring privacy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the 3–5 year digital roadmap, aligning hospital IT infrastructure with clinical and corporate strategic goals.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of multi-million dollar, high-risk programs (e.g., EHR overhauls, facility integrations) with zero clinical downtime.
• Deploy enterprise AI and predictive analytics to optimize clinical decision support, patient flow, and administrative workflows.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between technical teams, C-suite executives, and clinical leadership to drive consensus on digital shifts.
• Lead the evolution of legacy hospital IT, ensuring new AI applications seamlessly integrate with core systems like Epic or Cerner.
• Enforce rigorous data governance frameworks for AI adoption, ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA and patient privacy laws.
