DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing architectural team
• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed designs, and working drawings
• Oversee design development, project direction, and contract execution
• Coordinate with technical consultants, authorities, and project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry standards

JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)

• Recognized Degree in Architecture, registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in design
• Strong knowledge of architectural details, construction practices, and project management
• Proven experience in contract administration, construction documentation, and BIM implementation
• Excellent design presentation, communication, and leadership skills
• BIM project implementation experience with REVIT, Autodesk, and 3D modeling (SketchUp)
• Experience with LTA projects and construction documentation
• Conversant with local codes, regulations, and industry standards
