Job summary

ARYAN SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Application Security Consultant to assess and strengthen security for enterprise applications and their infrastructure.

You will review app security controls, validate vulnerability results, and work with DevSecOps teams to ensure issues are remediated. The role requires hands-on testing, secure coding practice knowledge, and familiarity with modern cloud and container environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Cybersecurity/IT or related field.
• 4+ years in Application Security, DevSecOps, or secure development.
• Strong grasp of app security principles and common vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices.
• Hands-on with SAST/DAST tools and security testing suites.
• Experience interpreting vulnerability reports and prioritising fixes.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate findings from SAST/DAST tools.
• Analyze vulnerability scans across OS, containers, databases, and infra.
• Assess security hardening of web servers, APIs, and containers.
• Ensure remediation is tracked and closed with evidence.
• Provide guidance on secure coding and SDLC security controls.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps to drive fixes and improvements.
• Maintain security assessment documentation and compliance records.
• Support security audits and regulatory assessments.
• Stay current with emerging threats and best practices.
• Communicate remediation requirements to engineers clearly.
• Identify recurring weaknesses and suggest process improvements.
