Responsibilities:- Provide pre and post sales technical solution for inverters / drives;
- Site troubleshooting and LV drive commissioning
- Organize in-house trainings for Sales and Marketing team;
- Provide technical trainings/ seminars at consultants/ end-users’ premises;
- Assist sales team in regional distribution network expansion;
- Compose bill of materials based on tender specifications
- Provide customer support by responding well to customer technical questions and understanding customer technical requirements to propose optimal solutions to strengthen customer relationship and trust
- Conduct market studies and feedback
- Prepare technical manual/ articles
- Creation of technical database
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:[Must]
- 5 years of relevant experience in handling low voltage electrical
products such as drives/ motors/PLC - Knowledge and experience in VFDs
- Willing to provide hands-on pre & post sales technical solutions to support sales team
- Confident in conducting technical trainings and technical presentations to partners and customers
- Strong site troubleshooting and application skill is added advantage
- Project management skill is added advantage
