Senior Application Consultant (SAP FICO)

We are currently looking for a Senior Application Consultant (SAP FICO).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Serve as Project Manager for end-to-end Dynamics implementations.
2. Manage projects with a focus on Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
3. Provide tailored solutions as a Senior Application Consultant based on user requirements.
4. Lead AMO support, managing daily operations and handling maintenance tasks such as Change Request (CR) definitions.
5. Assist in sales and presales activities related to SAP.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Minimally 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in project management and strong functional knowledge in SAP FICO (SD/MM module experience is a plus).
3. Completed at least 3 full cycle implementations.
4. Extensive knowledge of FICO integration with MM/SD/PP/PS and developing interface programs with SAP.
5. Experience in preparing functional specifications and conceptual designs in SAP based on business requirements.
6. Application Management Outsourcing (AMO) experience, including customer support, change management, and user training.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and innovative mindset.
8. S/4 HANA experience is highly desirable.
9. Proficiency in English; proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin is a plus for supporting relevant clients.
10. Certification in SAP FICO, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
