Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of accounting or finance experience in a multinational organization.
• Minimum 3 years of regional APAC experience with exposure to multiple stakeholders and markets.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with SAP is required; exposure to BlackLine and OpenText is highly advantageous.
• Medical device or healthcare industry experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support APAC finance operations, regional reporting, and governance activities.
• Coordinate quarterly financial reporting submissions from APAC countries.
• Review inventory E&O provisions and monitor trends against scrap activity.
• Monitor PPV postings and investigate significant variances with stakeholders.
• Support month-end close activities related to Product Related Fixed Assets (PRFA).
• Lead regional tax, transfer pricing, and audit coordination across APAC markets.
