Qualifications

Build & change management: lead in technology and architectural evolution, ensure quality code and timely delivery.
Incidents and requests management: analyze bugs, support production, propose optimizations.
Change management: apply monthly releases, support production roadmap, troubleshoot issues.
Operations management: monitor, maintain, and improve run-the-bank applications.
Process improvements: drive enhancements across development and release processes.
