Job summary

hudsonmanpower seeks an experienced Analyzer Service Technician in Saudi Arabia to support service and maintenance activities at refinery and petrochemical sites. You will perform installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of process analyzers and related field instruments, ensuring reliable operation.

The role requires hands-on work, adherence to safety standards, PTW procedures, and effective communication with customers.

Qualifications

Diploma in Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
BE / B.Tech in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in analyzer maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of process analyzers and sample systems.
Assist in calibration, validation, and troubleshooting of analyzers and sample conditioning systems.
Support installation and commissioning of analyzer shelters and cabinets.
Execute maintenance schedules and maintain calibration and maintenance records.
Inspect, clean, and replace filters, probes, and sample lines as part of analyzer upkeep.
Assist engineers during analyzer FAT/SAT, commissioning, and shutdown activities.
Follow safety standards, PTW, and site-specific HSE procedures.
Support spare parts management and ensure availability of maintenance materials.
Provide on-site technical support and communicate effectively with customers.
Maintain good housekeeping and documentation of analyzer maintenance work.
