HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

As Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics, Power Platform, standing at the digital forefront, you will build industry leading knowledge in digital areas, work along with commercial and product experts to measure digital performance, build visualized analytics dashboard, and leverage self-implemented data to guide for business decisions. You will also have the chance to engage with various business functional leaders to build power platform tools from zero to one to create business efficiency and bring long-lasting digital impacts.

Specifically, as the Senior Analyst, Technology Project Management Office – Asia Pacific, you will:

• Research and understand capabilities of Microsoft’s Power Platform as well as emerging technologies
• Analyse business requirements and find opportunities to streamline or automate business process
• Create and maintain Power BI reports, Power Apps and other low-code solutions to support digital transformation
• Maintain routine reports, and find opportunities to streamline and automate them
• Provide regular reporting and communications related to the project including KPIs and program / project status tracking
• Provide analysis on how to mitigate risks / make recommendations to address issues related to projects
• Ensure approved Hilton Technology methodology and tools are used when managing projects
• Work with Functional Leads and Operations to ensure project requirements and timelines are aligned
• Contribute to review and streamlining work processes to increase efficiencies and make sure projects are on schedule
• Provide reporting analytics / summaries to stakeholders for key projects on a monthly / quarterly basis
• Provide recommendations and insights by performing data analysis for optimizing project efficiencies
• Maintain and communicate risks and issues logs throughout the project
• Inform regional senior leadership of project progress and highlight key issues to help the decision-making process objectives
• Responsible for the compilation of documentation related to the project
• Prepare and submit regular project status report
• Leverage existing tools or identify tools for efficiencies and productivity
• Capacity to apply generative AI to automate workflows and increase corporate productivity

• Bachelor’s degree with digital technology related background (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science, information management, analytics, etc.)
• Previous relevant work experience in a similar role
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with data visualization tools (from charts in Excel to Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Good aesthetics in dashboards and apps design with focus on functions and experience
• Understand or willing to learn new tools and technology in a technical environment

• Strong problem definition and risk analysis skills
