ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
As a key member of the Packaging and Product Optimization team, the Senior Data Analyst – Packaging plays a critical role in transforming how packaging insights are captured, analyzed, and applied across the business. This role will champion the integration of data-driven strategies into the packaging lifecycle to enhance operational efficiency, improve sustainability outcomes, and elevate consumer experience through smarter packaging solutions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :
Include but not limited to
Lead end-to-end data initiatives that identify and support packaging cost-saving strategies and sustainability goals.
Develop models and visualizations to provide insights to packaging efficiency, material performance, cost savings, and waste reduction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate packaging goals into measurable KPIs and data-driven strategies.
Support packaging transformation projects with robust analytical frameworks and clear communication of insights to leadership teams.
Drive improvements in data governance and reporting processes to ensure packaging data accuracy and availability.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU :
Bachelor’s or above in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Science, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years specifically focused on packaging, manufacturing, or supply chain.
Proven track record of using analytics to drive tangible improvements in packaging operations or strategy.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Strong data analytics skills with advanced proficiency in Tableau/Power BI and Excel; SQL and Python/R is a plus.
Familiarity with PLM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, FlexPLM) and packaging lifecycle tools is an advantage.
