Job description

You will drive organisational transformation and develop change management strategies across SingHealth. You will lead and support various strategic projects whilst collaborating with diverse stakeholders throughout the organisation. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing comprehensive project workstreams, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives
  • Developing engaging communication strategies, including storyboards and stakeholder engagement frameworks Leading information gathering sessions and synthesising findings to inform strategic decisions
  • Developing and evaluating business cases for transformation initiatives
  • Conducting change readiness assessments and impact analyses to support smooth transitions
  • Designing and delivering training programmes to facilitate organisational change
  • Analysing and recommending improvements to operating models
  • Creating and maintaining change management tools and frameworks
  • Building change management capabilities across the organisation
  • Providing secretariat support for key meetings and initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance or related field
  • Strategy or management consulting experience is advantageous
  • Healthcare sector knowledge and/or start-up experience is beneficial
  • Demonstrated structured thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly grasp complex concepts
  • Excellence in project management and stakeholder engagement
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence at all levels
