Job description

  • Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify potential investors and investment opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, presentations, and other materials (E.g. RFP/RFI/DDQ) for capital raising initiatives.
  • Support the due diligence process by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial data and investment performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
  • Participate in the coordination and execution of investor meetings and events.
  • Maintain and update investor databases and CRM systems.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior team members on capital formation activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance investor engagement and satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance, banking, or a related field, preferably in a private equity or investment banking environment.
  • Business proficiency in both English and Japanese to facilitate effective communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-pace environment.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
