Job summary

A leading global company in Singapore is seeking an HRIS Support Specialist. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support for HR systems, specifically Workday, and manage data integrity audits. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in HRIS projects, a Bachelor’s degree, and excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. What you will do:

  • Provide support for all the Workday modules and other HR systems that Klook uses

  • Support system set up, maintenance and troubleshooting across all Workday modules: Core HCM, Absence, Compensation & Benefits, Talent/Performance, Learning, Expense, Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB)

  • Manage security access and role assignments

  • Design and build HR reports and dashboards for reporting and analysis

  • Work with 3rd party vendors to manage system integrations

  • Conduct data integrity audits to ensure a high level of data governance and accuracy

  • Perform functional centralised transactions, such as business process management and organisation management

  • Support system implementation, enhancement and integration projects; working closely with various stakeholders to manage project plans - including scoping, timelines, requirements, configuration, testing, training, release and post-release check outs

  • Partner and collaborate with functional experts from HR teams on business requirements, providing sound judgement on proposals to achieve efficient business operations and an optimal end user experience, balancing scale efficiency and local needs across our global organization

  • Continuously learn to be able to support all Workday modules and other HR systems that Klook uses

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

  • At least 3 years of experience in HRIS implementation, maintenance and enhancement, with proven track record of effective process and change management

  • Experience in using Workday, with good understanding of Workday concepts, capabilities and configuration

  • Functional knowledge on HR operations and business processes

  • Able to analyse business process requirements and translate them into Workday system configuration

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, Mandarin for liaison with regional stakeholders would be advantageous

  • Able to maintain confidentiality in handling of employee data

  • Able to work independently but contribute as a team player; is proactive, well-organised and able to multitask with a positive attitude.

  • A background in consulting would be advantageous

  • A sense of humor and enjoying the challenges of being in a global company
