Drive the successful deployment and user adoption of the new Microsoft Dynamics ERP system, ensuring sales order processes are configured and tested properly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Legal, Sales) to troubleshoot issues, manage configuration updates, and support go-live activities.
Deliver hands-on training, user support, and documentation to ensure smooth transition and effective utilization of ERP tools.
Continuously assess ERP functionalities post-implementation and recommend improvements aligned with sales operations.
Distributor Management System (DMS) & Sales Force Automation (SFA):
Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and enhancements of DMS and SFA platforms to support distributor performance, lead management, and customer engagement.
Work with vendors to resolve technical issues, roll out system enhancements, and maintain high system availability and usability.
Lead process standardization and change management across regional and local sales teams to improve system adoption and productivity.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of sales contracts including validation, tracking, and credit note generation for distributors.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Sales to ensure contracts are compliant, accurate, and aligned with business terms.
Ensure completeness of supporting documentation (ACRA, Business Analysis Forms, etc.) and resolve any discrepancies.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in sales systems, ERP environments, or commercial operations support.
Prior experience with ERP system deployment (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) in an end-user or operations environment.
Strong understanding of sales processes and tools including DMS, SFA, and CMS.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, resourceful mindset.
Experience working with system vendors and external stakeholders to implement changes and resolve issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
System Savvy – Comfortable working in and around ERP/Sales systems
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Able to bridge gaps between technical and business teams
Change Management – Drives adoption through training, process alignment, and support
Continuous Improvement – Actively identifies and implements process/system enhancements
Detail-Oriented – Ensures data accuracy and contract compliance
