Job description

Join our Office of Insights and Analytics where you will play a crucial role to support the implementation of the Next Generation Electronic Medical Records (NGEMR) system.

You will be responsible for configuring, testing, and maintaining the analytics applications in the NGEMR system to support data-driven decision-making within the organisation. This involves developing and modifying analytics content, ensuring data accuracy and collaborating with stakeholders to meet reporting and analytics needs.

Your responsibilities include supporting the leads in the following areas:

  • Conducting requirements analysis for analytics applications in Epic Electronic Medical Record system
  • Complete content build by configuring the system applications, maintaining the system documentation and develop system specifications and procedure
  • Functional testing of the system as guided/requested by stakeholders
  • User/trainer training and coordinating with appointed IT project/ systems teams to build and implement solutions that meet user requirements for analytics

You will also perform secretariat work for the assigned workgroup(s), including coordination of meetings, preparation of materials, tracking various issues and training status throughout the overall project progress.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, Information System, System Engineering, or related quantitative disciplines
  • 3-6 years of relevant working experience
  • User-focused design and data visualization skills
  • Proficiency with SQL and relational database concepts and analytics tools.
  • Experience in collaborating with business and technology stakeholders in ensuring data products development and utilisation
  • Ability to gain an in-depth understanding of the data model through data model classes geared toward content areas and understanding of data structures
