You will support the implementation of a Unified Chatbot Platform and deliver advanced Generative AI (GenAI) chatbot solutions to enhance user interactions and support across the organisation. You will oversee the data visualisation and data preparation platform to ensure efficient and effective data analysis and reporting capabilities. You will also drive requirements gathering and development process for a comprehensive healthcare monitoring and management system, as well as a disease outbreak surveillance system, to improve the organisation’s ability to monitor health trends and respond to emerging health threats.

Through leading these initiatives, you will contribute to the organisation’s strategic goals by integrating cutting-edge technologies to streamline operations, enhance data-driven decision-making, and improve health management practices. You will have a strong focus on aligning technological solutions with organisational needs, ensuring the successful deployment and utilisation of advanced tools and systems.

Job Requirements

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, Information System, System Engineering or related quantitative disciplines.
2. 3-6 years of relevant experience in technical solutions in which at least 3 should be in areas of Business & Analytics.
3. Experience in collaborating with business and technology stakeholders in ensuring data products development and utilisation.
4. Experience with managing analytics applications at an operational level.
5. Proficient in database tools, technology, and architecture.
6. Knowledge in SQL, Python and R code in data processing tasks.
7. Working experience in Tableau, BI and Visualisation tools.
8. Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms will be an added advantage.
9. A team player who is interested in working with people with varied backgrounds and interests.
10. Good written and documentation skills to document use cases, solutions, and recommendations.
11. Good presentation and negotiation skills.
