The Analyst, Corporate Planning and Performance plays a crucial role in coordinating and supporting Corporate Strategy Planning exercises. This individual will conduct research and analysis into key strategic topics as identified by the Director of Corporate Planning and the Manager of Corporate Planning and Performance. This individual will also serve as a partner with stakeholders on the regular review of key corporate performance metrics and provide collaborative support on in-depth problem solving and recommendations.

Responsibilities:
Support Corporate Strategy Development
Coordinate and support the development of the corporate strategy plan that shapes the ambition for the long term and ensures near-term initiatives alignment.
Execute the corporate planning rhythm to ensure timely and meaningful goal setting in relation to the corporate budget cycles.
Research relevant topics (aviation trends, etc.) and provide analysis and insights that facilitate strategy formulation at the Senior Executive level.
Corporate Performance Management
Develop management reports and dashboards encompassing scorecards, corporate KPIs, and key results (OKR) of strategic initiatives.
Recommend measurements that drive desirable outcomes for OKRs for respective assigned departments.
Track achievement of Corporate OKRs and project outcomes of associated metrics.
Provide inputs and advise the CEO and management team based on clear issue framing, systems-level thinking, and rigorous analyses.
Develop a keen understanding of respective department's key initiatives and challenges.
Cross-functional support of other departments on the delivery of strategic objectives/initiatives.
Support Target Setting
Provide rigorous data analysis and modeling to support evidence- and outcome-based corporate target setting, taking into account trends and assumptions within the corporate strategy plan.
Requirements:
Degree with a numerical discipline.
Broad knowledge of airline functions preferable.
2-3 years of experience in a Corporate Strategy/Development role would be an advantage.
Tableau power user.
Expertise in quantitative analysis e.g., financial modeling and data manipulation.
Agility in forging cohesive data stories across different data sources.
Fluent written, spoken, and reading capability in English.
Ability to develop intuitive data visualizations and dashboards.
Experience in analyzing and quantifying complex strategic issues tied to long-term business growth.
Able to forge and maintain collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholder groups and different levels.
