The Role:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process and ensure effective execution of all recruitment activities
  • Manage the on-boarding process for new employees and ensure good customer experience
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand recruitment needs and resource management
  • Ensure data integrity in SAP payroll system including prompt updates due to regulatory changes or ad-hoc changes
  • Provide data and analysis on market data and benchmarking
  • Adhere to local regulatory requirements as part of hiring process in relation to Fair Consideration Framework and manage all work pass applications and renewals
  • Be involved and provide support in annual processes such as performance management and calibration session and rewards cycle
  • Facilitate learning and development courses and programs and administration of training grants etc
  • Prepare monthly Human Capital analytics, dashboards for management reporting
  • Communicate with employees to ensure that goals and objectives are aligned with business unit and company

The Successful Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or any other relevant discipline
  • At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources with a keen interest to be exposed to the different functions of HR
  • Proficient in MS office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Law and other labour legislation
  • An individual who is collaborative and capable of maintaining good relationships with internal stakeholders of different business units and different levels of the organization
  • An individual who is hands-on, driven with good initiative and a good team player
