    We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst to join our Client Processing team for Custody Trade Services. This role is in Singapore.

    In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

    • Respond and resolve client enquires on APAC securities trade settlement matters
    • Performs a variety of operational tasks in transaction settlement processing, including processing updates to client accounts, handling exceptions, investigation and resolution of asset and cash breaks.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and sub custodians to resolve issues to meet client request and risk and control requirements
    • Perform controller’s checks, review and guide team members on resolving escalated issues.
    • Responsible for training and supervising team members
    • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring that processes are in compliance with regulation and policy guidelines.
    • Lead and participates in operational efficiency projects and system testing, review market changes and its impact on transaction processing.

    To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

    • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
    • At least 3 years of total work experience is preferred.
    • Experience in custody operations/brokerage/securities processing/middle office is preferred.
