Job summary

TETRAMEM SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced analog/mixed-signal IC designer to develop high-performance circuits in CMOS processes. You will simulate, validate, and collaborate with digital, layout, and system teams to ensure seamless integration and high-yield production.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to process improvements, and participate in design reviews while documenting methodologies and results for robust production.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on CMOS analog/mixed-signal IC design.
• 5+ years in analog or mixed-signal IC development in advanced CMOS processes with tape-out experience.
• Strong knowledge in OpAmps, bandgap, voltage and current references.
• Familiar with CAD/EDA tools covering design, simulation, layout and verification.
• Experience in analog mixed-signal concepts and layout supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance analog ICs including amplifiers and data converters.
• Conduct detailed simulations, verification, and validation to meet specs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analog and digital components.
• Drive innovation with advanced design techniques and methodologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design process improvements.
• Participate in design reviews and document design methodologies and results.
• Support testing, characterization, and debugging of analog ICs with test teams.
• Document specifications and test results comprehensively.
