Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of related experience in analog/power IC design.

Responsibilities

• Design analog circuits (Power FET Driver, ADC, DAC, regulators, bandgap references, op-amps, etc.) to meet specifications.
• Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure accurate drawings and optimization.
• Bench-test IC designs to verify performance.
• Participate in reliability tests and qualify devices for mass production.
• Debug design, ESD, LU, and reliability issues.
• Lead and manage design project implementation.
• Guide and manage the design team.
• Experience with Power Management, Power FETs, Drivers, and BLDC Drive is advantageous.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design analog circuits (Power FET Driver, ADC, DAC, regulators, bandgap reference, Op-Amps, switched capacitor circuits, etc.) to meet the specifications.
• Work with layout engineers to ensure designed circuits are properly drawn & optimized.
• Test IC on the bench to verify the design.
• Involve in reliability tests of the device and to qualify the device for mass production.
• Debug design, ESD, LU, and reliability issues.
• Lead and manage implementation of a design project.
• Lead, guide, and manage design team.
• Design experience in Power Management, Power FETs, Drivers, BLDC Drive will be an added advantage

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate/Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
