Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and regulatory understanding are required.
• 8+ years in AML or related regulatory compliance roles within banking.
• Experience providing AML advisory to business units in a large financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of global AML regulations and expectations.
• Experience with 2LoD, internal audit, legal and regulators.

• Support the Head of AML Advisory to deliver high-quality AML guidance to Business Units.
• Collaborate with 2LoD to interpret AML regulations and provide practical guidance.
• Partner with Business Units to design and embed AML controls into processes.
• Monitor changes in AML laws and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to development and training materials to maintain regulatory standards.
• Facilitate AML risk assessments and mitigation activities.
• Liaise with internal audit, legal, and regulators during reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement in AML framework and culture.
• Mentor and develop team members for high performance.
• Act as escalation point in absence of Head to ensure continuity.
