Job summary

OCBC (Singapore) is seeking a Team Head to lead a high-calibre AML Advisory team, delivering expert guidance on AML policies and regulatory requirements to GCFS Business Units. You will ensure comprehensive embedding of AML controls in business processes and drive updates in response to evolving regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related field.
• CAMS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AML Advisory team to deliver high-quality advisory on AML policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with 2LoD to interpret AML regulations and ensure compliance.
• Embed AML controls into business processes, aligning with regulatory standards.
• Monitor AML laws and communicate updates to stakeholders promptly.
• Support development and maintenance of AML policies, procedures and training.
• Coordinate with internal audit, legal, and regulators during reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement of the AML framework and risk controls.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing advisory function.
