Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks a Vice President to lead the AML advisory for GCFS Business Units, embedding robust AML controls into operational processes and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will guide the team, work with the 2LoD, and translate complex regulations into practical controls.

You will mentor staff, drive risk assessments, and collaborate with internal audit, legal and regulators while delivering high-quality advisory services with a focus on compliant growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Risk Management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in AML or related regulatory compliance roles within financial services.
• Experience advising business units on AML policies, controls and regulatory expectations.
• Strong knowledge of global AML regulations and 2LoD collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead AML advisory for GCFS Business Units and embed AML controls in processes.
• Collaborate with 2LoD, internal audit, legal and regulators for compliance guidance.
• Develop, review and enhance AML policies, procedures and training materials.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement of the AML framework.
