SNAPFIND TALENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Analyst/Senior Consultant to lead Alteryx migration and rollout for a banking sector client in Singapore.

The role covers requirements gathering, SME support, and regional deployment. You will run workshops across 13 regional locations, translate business needs into BRDs/FRSs, and ensure end-to-end delivery including testing, UAT, and deployment. Banking domain experience and strong communication are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IS, CS, Business or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation or data analytics.
• Hands-on Alteryx implementation, migration, workflow development, and optimization.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and BRD/FRS creation.
• Proven end-to-end project delivery across multiple regions.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with cross-functional, offshore teams; banking domain a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide Business Analysis support and SME for Alteryx migration and rollout.
• Lead requirements workshops with business and technical teams across 13 regional locations.
• Analyze processes and translate requirements into BRDs, FRSs, etc.
• Support end-to-end project delivery including testing, UAT, deployment, regional rollout.
• Collaborate with users, vendors, and offshore teams for project execution.
• Review and optimize Alteryx workflows for performance and maintainability.
• Provide user support and knowledge transfer for adoption.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to stakeholders.
