Job summary

SNAPFIND TALENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead Alteryx migrations and regional rollout across 13 locations. You will drive requirements workshops, translate needs into BRDs/FRSs, and ensure governance and best practices.

You will collaborate with business users, project teams, vendors, and offshore groups to optimize workflows, support testing and UAT, and train users for successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in IS, CS, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation or data projects.
• Strong hands-on Alteryx implementation and migration experience.
• Experience with BRD/FRS, process flows and functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Business Analysis support and act as Alteryx SME during migration and regional rollout.
• Lead requirements workshops with business and technical teams across 13 locations.
• Analyze processes and translate requirements into BRDs, FRSs, and specs.
• Design Alteryx solutions, develop workflows, migrate, optimize, and govern.
• Support end-to-end delivery: testing, UAT coordination, deployment, rollout.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and offshore teams for alignment.
• Review and optimize Alteryx workflows for performance and maintainability.
• Provide user support and knowledge transfer for successful adoption.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to stakeholders.
