Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Business Performance and Analytics Specialist to support ALM and regulatory reporting using Moody’s RCO. You will partner with Treasury, Risk, Finance and Technology teams to deliver cost‑effective, practical solutions that meet regulatory requirements and business objectives.

You will translate complex regulatory needs into system specs, drive data interfaces, and ensure data quality. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

5+ years as a Business Analyst in banking, treasury, risk management or regulatory reporting.
Experience implementing or supporting Moody’s RCO platform.
Experience in large banking transformation or regulatory projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with Group Treasury, Risk Management, Finance and Technology to deliver ALM and regulatory reporting.
Gather and document business requirements for Moody’s RCO platform enhancements.
Translate requirements into functional and technical specs for dev teams and vendors.
Perform impact assessments and gap analyses for regulatory and business initiatives.
Analyze ALM risk metrics such as IRRBB, NII, liquidity and FTP.
