Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Equity Derivatives asset class.
• Strong Java software development skills, with real-time, low-latency pricing exposure.
• Hands-on AI experience across software engineering, automation, analytics or trading workflows.
• Automated testing to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Experience establishing and exploiting DevOps capabilities.
• Strong communication in a front-office environment and collaboration with business teams.
• Curiosity about applying AI to improve workflows and ensure ethical use.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver the new global equity options RFQ, auto-pricing and electronic trading platform.
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into automated solutions with business users.
• Leverage AI to automate business flows and surface insights and signals.
• Apply software engineering practices to ensure quality, security, reliability and compliance.
• Collaborate with the global team to evolve the platform, monitor health, and remediate issues.
• Share AI, technical and domain knowledge with the team, mentor colleagues, and support hiring.
