Qualifications

• 3-5 years working experiences in aircraft structural (composite) modification /structure (composite) repairs.
• Able to perform aircraft structural (composite) modification / repairs independently
• Able to understand Structure (composite) Repair Manual
• Able to understand Structure (composite) Drawings
• Able to guide and mentor junior technician / trainee
• Able to lead a small structure (composite) technician team on modification / repair

Responsibilities

• Perform structure modification/repairs on aircraft structures (composites).
• Mentor junior technicians and lead a small team on modifications/repairs.
• Interpret Structure Repair Manual and engineering drawings.
• Apply hand skills and tooling knowledge to repair work.
