Management of facilities handover (including associated training, communications and related defect issues) to maintenance contractor and end user.
Managing project budget including managing and monitoring project schedule, preparing and submission of claims.
Leading outsource facilities management team in day-to-day M&E activities.
Planning for day-to-day activities for aircon installation team.
Serve customers and clients via office appointments, explain enquiries, show customers around company’s facilities, and conduct one-on-one sales and events presentations, while maintaining relationships with existing client accounts.
Provide advice, guidance, support, and training to team members to improve the team’s capability.
Develop design drawings for client/consultant approval.
Good acknowledgment of CAD to update As Built drawings after project completion.
Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma or degree holder in electrical and mechanical or equivalent.
2 years experience for diploma holders and 1 year experience for degree holders.
Possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with good writing skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful, ability to multi-task and work well with others are essential.
Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project P6.
