Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
• Strong practical knowledge and hands-on understanding of AI and its applications, including Generative AI, AI productivity tools, prompt engineering, automation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI training to individual learners and corporate clients with clear, practical outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end course and curriculum development, setting objectives, lesson plans, activities and assessments.
• Coach and mentor other trainers to raise delivery quality and consistency.
• Define learning outcomes and ensure training content stays current with industry developments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design programs meeting learner and client needs.
